You are a braver man than I am.
Although, if I were to come out to my employer, I could then join one of their diversity groups. They have diversity groups based on race, gender, and sexual orientation. But, being a white male, I'm one of the employees not represented by a diversity group.
My co-workers have been great to me since I came out. And I now edit our company gay and lesbian network newsletter!
