Lessons Learned on FoxyJ's Birthday

1. When your body is not used to eating meat, having a beef and lamb gyro for lunch and then a pizza covered in every kind of pig part for dinner is not a good idea.

2. Costco's meat lovers' pizza has enough meat on it to produce the equivalent of a Hummer in greenhouse gases.

3. Even though you're buying two pizzas and there are three different kinds to choose from, it's okay to just get two of the one you know you like.

When I was 21 I was out to dinner and one of my friends said to me, "Rebecca, you're a grownup - you don't have to finish it if you don't like it." That was honestly a revelation to me, and I've applied it in many areas.

Get the pizza you like.

You should have gotten a Costco cake instead. I request one every year for my b'day. They generally put a little less meat on it...

Rebecca: Yeah, that's a lesson I still need to learn.

Yodame: Like Theric said, there was also a big chocolate Costco cake. It said "Happy Cinco de Mayo" on it.
