Washington It Is
The University of Hawai'i regrets to inform me that I have not been accepted into their English PhD program. This makes the decision to go to Washington and be a librarian easier. When my bruised ego speaks up I slap him around a bit and remind him that a very intelligent friend of mine was rejected by nine PhD programs last year.

UW has a very handy online tour where you can be a dog and walk around campus.
Indiana has castles.

Freelancer is standing behind me and very excited that he will still get to visit you when he recruits at Washington!
Hmm . . . Everyone I know is moving to Washington. Maybe it's a sign.
I'm sure everyone is, but I'm the only important one.
Congratulations! I think this is another 'case' of lemonade. (pun not intended, but then again, it works.)
do you know how long you might be there? Cause it's a big possibility that I might end up in that area in about two years. :D
