ReplyDeleteMan, we're really picking peaches!
I'm pretty sure this meme is designed to make everyone feel really stupid. I've never seen this posted with a line from The Feynman Lectures on Physics, or The Wealth of Nations.
ReplyDeleteTh.: Mine is totally better than yours.
ReplyDeleteRebecca: Well I didn't feel stupid before, but now that you mention it... In my defense, my book is not only academic but it's cutting edge gay and lesbian studies, gender studies, and even--apparently, as I haven't actually read page 123 yet--a little bit of race theory. I pooh on the Wealth of Nations.
Mmmm. Peaches.
ReplyDeleteMine was dumb too.
Nevertheless, the blog gods will bless you for your obedience to their decree.
ReplyDeleteI am not necessarily one of your favorite people?
ReplyDeleteI've decided to think you were referencing the others with that line. Clearly, I'm your most favorite person. :)
Right, right, that's exactly what I meant.
