April Fool?

I considered writing an April Fools' post about having a heart attack, but then I decided that, considering the context, it wouldn't be very funny.

    It had occured to me that you might think of something like that. Under the conditions, I'm glad you didn't. :)

    Too many people might panic and someone might have a real attack!
