As we lay on the futon couch in her parents' living room watching Walk the Line, I tried to think of what I could write about FoxyJ for her birthday. I've attempted to list reasons why I love her before--I'm lazy to find the link so you can search for the post if you care--but that sort of thing doesn't really do justice to her nor does it really explain why I love her. I don't love her because she meets some list of criteria; I just do. The greatest blessing of my life is being married to Foxy. I wouldn't trade what I have with her for anything.
That's my weak attempt at a birthday tribute to a woman who deserves a hundred times that. Maybe if you go to her blog and wish her a happy birthday, that'll make up for my shortcoming here.
I love you, J.
Awww--thank you. Now I feel bad that I did not read it until late at night after you were already asleep.
ReplyDeleteFob,
ReplyDeleteThanks for your advice over on Veneno's blog. It's appreciated.
And Happy B-Day to FoxyJ, of course!
I rue the day I didn't attend your party! I have been demoted. And rightfully so.
ReplyDeleteGood post. The way you didn't quantify how much you love Foxy communicates that it's a lot.
